All of our jewelry is made of Stainless-Steel (SS) unless otherwise noted. Please read the details under each piece of jewelry to be informed of the materials it consists of.
Stainless-Steel is an alloy of steel with chromium and sometimes another element (such as nickel or molybdenum) that is practically immune to rusting and ordinary corrosion. (Merriam-Webster. (n.d.).
Stainless Steel is resistant to stains, discoloration or loss of mass due to rusting. This is because it contains sufficient chromium to form a passive film of oxide on the surface, which isolates the substrate from the reactive environment. Source

All of our Gold-plated Stainless-Steel jewelry have real gold plating, either Electroplating or PVD (physical vapor deposition)
Overall, "protect your piece" no matter the material, and use your discretion when purchasing.

To maintain your jewelry for years to come, store them in a safe, dry place. While our jewelry is resistant to environmental factors, be cautious of overindulging in water and chemicals.
Lastly, wipe your gems with a soft cloth and water from time to time to maintain cleanliness, product buildup and maintain shine.
